Bespoke structured competency based interview
- validity of structured competency based interview s (.51) is more than twice that for unstructured interview (.18) (Robertson & Smith, 2001). Structured interviews based on job analysis do achieve even better results and are more powerful and predictive of successful performance (.87) in the job and reduce number of selection errors resulting in much higher ROI (Cook, 2004).
Saville Swift Aptitude test
- three short sub-tests (verbal, numerical and diagrammatical) assessing a composite measure of analysis aptitude (total testing time just under 20 minutes). The benefit of this test specifically compared to other ability psychometric tests is shorter assessment time and greater job relevance.
Saville Consulting Wave Professional
- assesses work-specific competencies and found to outperform other questionnaires in terms of validity including 16PF5, NEO, OPQ32i, Hogan PI. An increase in validity increases ROI.
